Connecting the future, your envisioned future, to your reality is the basis for building partnerships and cooperation that will last, for all partners/stakeholders will share and commit to the mutual agreed upon assignment. Within a 1 day e-transferium workshop we will create a description of the need, the design assignment and define the needs to meet the need with mutual agreed upon Shared Points of Departure.

 

A one day preparation session will be needed to adjust the adaptive feedback process model to your needs and select the partners to attend the e-transferium workshop. 

 

E-transferium workshops can be used for all :

  • internal teambuilding, intercompany training sessions
  • re-organisation, implementation of innovative processes
  • corporate strategy and communication planning
  • multi-stakeholder / multi-disciplinary projects where developments depend on long-term relationships and strong cooperation.

 

  

e-transferium workshop

At the end of the workshop each participant will digitally be send a process model with the description of the need, design assignment and means to meet the need. The shared points of departure will guide them to start working at the appropriate and realistic time to act supported by committed partners. All participants will also receive a personal e-parking card to use at their back offices in order to create commitment in their day to day business.

 

Excluding VAT, travel and hospitality costs, possible external workshop location costs etc., evoke2 will charge a fixed rate of 3000 Euro for a 1 day workshop and preparation.

 

Depending the number of participants needed and complexity of the challenges to face, parties might decide to extend the workshop for 1 to max 2 days.
